Specialization
Chuck Specializes in Residential and Commercial Sales and Leasing at this stage in his Real Estate career. Chuck had a 40 sales person, 3 office, Real Estate business which sold hundreds of houses each year. His Construction Company built over 100 family units a year, for many years, on lots in the 18 subdivisions his firms have developed. The Hidden Cove, Prairie Meadow West, Pheasant Ridge, and Pheasant Lane West are a few of the condo projects he developed.
His interest in the Cedar Valley and Waterloo has caused Chuck to develop an interest in commercial projects like the Black Hawk Building, Black’s Building and the Conway Inn, downtown Waterloo.
Chuck lives with his wife of 53 years, Jo, and they have three grown children, and 4 granddaughters. Chuck is eager to help you with your Real Estate needs, whether it is to buy a home, investment property, or a land development project. Personal
Chuck has been a life long resident of Waterloo and graduate of West High School. He graduated from University of Iowa with a Business and Marketing degree in 1956.
He has been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1955 and an active Realtor since 1956. He was former President of the Waterloo- Cedar Falls Board of Realtors and The Iowa Association of Realtors and a Director of the National Association of Realtors.
Chuck is active in the Waterloo Optimist Club, The Cedar Valley Chamber of Commerce and The Waterloo-Cedar Falls Board of Realtors. Chuck is also an active member of Burton Avenue Baptist Church.
Chuck doesn’t retire because he loves his job and doesn’t consider it work.
